Hickory Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, PLLC will permanently close on November 23, 2016. Dr. Steven Siciliano will continue to practice in Hickory and effective November 28, 2016, will join the Tate Boulevard
office of
Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology located at 315 19th Street SE, Hickory, NC 28602.
After November 25, patients of Dr. Siciliano may contact his new office by calling (828) 325-9849. Current patients of Dr. Siciliano will automatically have their medical records transferred to his new office, and Dr. Siciliano will be happy to continue providing care to those patients at his new location. Patients who wish to seek medical care elsewhere may contact Dr. Siciliano’s new office to request a transfer of their records.
After serving the Unifour for more than 30 years, Dr. Joseph Fewell has retired. His patients may request a transfer of their medical records by mailing a request to 3014 6th Street NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
